Media Systems — Terms and Conditions

Every published version stays at its own permanent URL. A contract cites the version that was current when it was signed, and that version continues to govern it.

Contracts must cite a specific version URL, such as terms.mediasystems.com/2026-08. Do not cite /current or /latest in a contract — those point at whichever version is newest today, not at the version that was in effect when the contract was signed.
